AUTHORIZATION TO SHOT AND DISTRIBUTE THE IMAGE OF A MINOR

Let us grant Amanda ADDED and Judo j2a to perform, as part of the video made during a judo / English course.

​

Photographic shoots or audiovisual recordings on which our child could appear.

​

We grant Amanda ADDED and Judo j2a the authorization to broadcast the images captured, fixed, and recorded on a wired or wireless network on the group what's app with the parents of all the trainees present.

​

We grant this authorization free of charge and for unlimited territory. This authorization is granted without a time limit.

​

We do not allow commercial exploitation.

​

Any other use than that indicated herein will give rise to a new authorization.

We do not authorize Amanda ADDED and Judo j2a to transfer the pictures representing our child to a third party.

These provisions are brought to our attention, within the framework of the application of the legislation relating to the respect of the right to the image and the respect of private life.
